christmas time yaay

       ayye guys, so it's almost christmas. and lol idk what to talk about, but as you all know, i don't remember what happened this week lol. all i remember was that we were in charge of music this week. and that we had secret santa this week and that we had winter fair this week too, and along with that, we had 4 blogs due. lol so many things went on this week. especially monday, we had our period 3 secret santa. it was so fun, i love the flower crown that lori got me. yups lori got me, she even got me for the leadership secret santa too lol. i was just like sitting down, and next thing i know, someone puts a bag on my head, and i'm like, "omgg yaaaas" i opened it and it was the cutest flower crown i've ever seen. im so happy that i have it :) thanks lori. i also like the ending where tiana walks toward petriese, but she jerks back to hope and petriese threatens to burn taven's books. lol that was funny. then thursday, we got ready for winter fair. we had to get these big garbage cans and fill them up with water, iced tea, and orange passion. it was hard cuz i'm not strong lol. then period 3 had to go door judging for the door decorating contest. i liked mrs. miya's class. and d201. those were like my favorite ones of out all of them. they were really nice, and i101. then came friday, winter fair day, i got a free day from mr. song which was really nice. ms. sky had a sub so we didn't do anything, and i got to miss period 6 because i went to go help out for winter fair. then period 1, we watched a movie and it was really fun. im just glad we didn't have to do any work at all. thank god. lol.

       highlight of my week would be monday because the gift i got from lori is adorable. i love it, it's so cute and i just love it. lol. another highlight would be wednesday because i got another flower crown from lori, they're both really cute and im obsessed with them. and i'm glad that taylor liked my gift, i had fun shopping for her. and then friday, yaas winter fair means shorter classes. last day of the year, means we get to do nothing in class, which means yaaay. i have been waiting for christmas. cuz today i looked at my presents from my dad, i shook it and i heard a ringtone, and i'm like, "no, no he didn't, my dad did not just get me a phine for christmas!!!!! a new phone!!!! yaaas!!!!!!!" im so happy omggg, yaaah. lol okk so lowlight of my week would be having to do so many blogs this week. we only missed one blog, the talent strips blog. it was that one blog that was due in monday night that no one did, i was liks, "bruh, i knew i was missing something." i also didn't like that friday was the only day we got a bulletin, out of everything, we only got bulletin on friday, but we didn't check for bulletin.. we should have checked for bulletin though.

       lesson learned, always double check. honestly, if you don't doible check things, you're probably gonna forget about something. thats what i learned from forgettin to check if there was bulletin. well, i mean, we asked if there was bulletin on the walkie talkie, but no one answered, and we asked 3 times. and we thought that if we ask for bulletin when we go into class, mr. imv would ask us why weren't using the walkie talkie again, but ayye thats ok. i learned that we ahould always double check things.

secret santa boii

       aight guyss, so yesterday was our secret santa. lori had me :) lol twice. we had a secret santa for period 3 and she had me, for both the period 3 secret santa and the whole class secret santa. i was so happy with my gifts omgg, i love them, i'm like obsessed. thank you lori :) especially because i like that they match my style. okkay, so period 3 secret santa i had taylor, i got her one of those sippy cup things she wanted, and bracelets, and hand sanitizer. she was like, "oh my gosh!" lol i was happy i was the first one to go up, it's always nice to be the one to get a present first. lol, i'm glad taylor liked it, the cup was black and it said in pink, "I woke up like this #flawless" i liked the cup, and the bracelets were a nice touch, bling bling bruh. lol, so basically everything i got in this secret santa were flower crowns!! i was so happy when i saw those flower crowns, i was like, "yaaaaas i got me some flower crwons, thank you lord jesus for blessing me with these presents, and thank you lori for the best presents out of all the christmas' i've had for 12 years." my experience was fun, especially because i've never done a secret santa before. btdubss, thanks lori, i love my flower crowns ☺️

quarter 2 done bruuuh

       twas the night before 8 more days of waiting for christmas to come and sitting on her bed at 10:00 pm working on her assignment that is due at 12:00 am is the most awesome person in this whole universe, naya, lol so you guys don't even know what happened during this quarter. so many things happened during this quarter, that when mr. ing told us that this quarter was gonna be crazy, i didn't believe it until now because i just realized how crazy this quarter actually was. there were so many fun things happening in this quarter, i don't even remember some of them lol. ok so anywaysss, there are so many things i want to talk about in this blog like i swer because there were so many things us leadership girls and guys had to do this quarter. we got new leadership people, a lot of pressure on blogs, ala moana trip, retreat, and so much more. i had the most fun at retreat, at first i wasn't going to go because i wanted to get my braces, but then petriese them were like, "naya, just come please, it'll be fun!" so i was like, '"okayyy, fine thennn i'll come." then they're all like, "yayayyayayay." lol, i was actually really glad i didn't get to miss out on an opportunity like that, i should really just take a chance on new things. ohhh yas, the new leadership people, we got taven and siofu. they're really fun, i like having new people here in leadership. at first, mahanga and caleb were supposed to be in there too with taven and siofu, but mr. ing sent them back to their original schedule. that sucks doe, i actually liked having mahanga in there, i didn't really talk to caleb a lot though.. it's ok though lol. ok so the ala moana trip lol idk if thats apart of quarter 2 but i just wanted to talk about it becasue i'm like sooo excited for that trip, especially because i could my friends their christmas presents over there because right now, i don't have money, my pockets are empty. we have so many blogs due in quarter 2 and this week, we have 4 blogs to do, and i'm like, "this is ridiculous!" but lol if it weren't for my amazing memorization skills, i would've forgotten about this blog, whew, it's a good thing lori reminded us about the talent strips blog that was due monday night, i did it on tuesday lol... but yah, there's actually more things we did during this quarter that i probably forgot about. oooh, talent show! i really like the first person, annie, she's so goood! and the last one, with bryanna them, i love that song. some people were asking me to join talent show, but i'm like, "nope, i'm fine, i'm going to humiliate myself up there." trust me, i would. annnd oh yes, winter fair, we didn't have winter fair yet, but it seems really fun. and book fair wasn't a lot, it was actually really fun, hanging with the people was fun, lol i was in charge of posters, and there were only about 1 or 2 people that actually bought posters lolol. ok so i forgot to add something, and this is the last thing so far, in the beginning of the quarter, i made a major mistake, i gave 2 people an answer sheet to a test for ar.. i know, it's more than bad, it's cheating. and because i helped someone cheat, someone lost my trust, and i wasn't allowed to work for a week.. it was isa week too, and we were already going to miss three people. second quarter in 6th grade was boring and nothing as exciting happened over there in pohakea happened that was more exciting than this quarter.

       aight so highlights of this quarter would beeee, retreat!! that was the best field trip of my life!! we got to stay at a beach house for 3 days, yeees so no school for me suckas. lol, i just hate school sometimes. ok so during retreat, period 5 were catching crabs, and i guess one day, hope got pinched by one, lololololol. and i never knew that crabs were cannibals. so emma caught this huge crab and it fed it a tiny sand crab, and that huge crab demolished that sand crab! it was like me demolishing my favorite food. like daaang, i am now scared that crabs might eat me. lol. and poor deriecka omg she fell, twice. i was like, "oh my gosh deriecka lolol it's ok deriecka, i'm clumsy too, thas ok, thas ok." but it was a fun trip, we got to swim, eat, plan everything for the year, bond, play games, we played a lot of car games, and a lot more. we even had a talent show and chopped. we got second place for chopped, we made chocolate covered bananas with sprinkles. i ate the sprinkles before the picture taking and lips and teeth were purple lol. i will never forget that field trip, and when taylor brought her poloroid, hooo, i think she ran out of 50 film in 3 days. lol, we were bombing it. isa was fun too, i got to work isa becasue of what i learned from the problem i was in. i was glad i got to work adn that mr. ing gave me another chance, and that i learned something from my problem. i cared a lot, but it took me very long to think of a solution to the problem. talent show was nice too, if i had to choose the top three, it would be the first and last, idk about the third place winner though, sorry if i'm being mean about everyone else.. it's just that i really liked the first and second performances. they were good at  singing, but if i had to sing up there, i would sing lullaby too lol. oooh yah, my isa poster, i totally forgot to take a picture of it, but i was really happy with it, i was amazed by it, even though i hate ewa makai, i made their poster the pretty nice, i thought it wouldn't have been as good as last year's posters, but petriese them told it was better, so i was happy with it. the talent strips didn't take so long though, i was happy with my presentation. my theme was up. i really like that theme. lol. ok so secret santa was fun too, lori had me twice, for the pd. 3 secret santa, and leadership secret santa, now i have 2 flower crowns, ily lori. oh yah, during period 3, we even made a little gingerbread house, i'm happy wiht it, lol. ok so now, lowlights of this quarter, i got into a big problem. i gave 2 people in my leadership class a sheet to answers of an ar test. i knew i should've just said, "look, this is cheating, why am i giving you this, this is a bad choice, cheating on an ar test is a bug risk that i'd rather not take." right now, there's only one person still in that problem. the other girl got out of it thankfully, she's been spending her recess and lunch in the library working to get her desk, her cubby, the name on her chair, and mr. ing's trust back. she's worked hard, she deserved it. i'm just not sure why petriese's punishment to me was that i couldn't work for isa and for a week i couldn't work. i did more damage than them, i should've gotton a worse punishment, but thank you petriese. you saved me, lol ily.

       lesson learned, always be thankful for what you have. while i was in the probleam, i didn't realize how lucky i was to be in a big problem, but i still had my vest, my cubby, my chair, i had everything the other girls didn't have, except mr. ing's trust. i learned that yes, i was in a big problem, but the other 2, were in an even bigger problem, they sat in the corner of the room, trying to find a way to fix what they did, i was trying to fix everything, but  i wasn't sitting in the corner of the room, i was at my desk, i had my name on my chair, i had my cubby, they didn't. i learned to be even more thankful for what i had. i also learned that i should try new things, i usually hate trying new things because i'm so used to the regular ways that i don't want to try new things. but ever since retreat, i've always wanted to try new things, because i tried the retreat, it taught me to try new things. thank you to all the things i've learned. i've learned to be more humble, if you're bragging about how much things have, or how better you are, you aren't humble and all. humbleness is needed in this world, that's how you become a better person. there are many things i learned throughout this quarter, trust me, but then you'd get bored from reading about how many lessons i've learned through this quarter.

assignment blog: talent strips

     aighht, so this is obviously about our class's talent strips that we all made. our talent strips are just three little strips of colored paper with our name on one side of the strip, and our talent on the other side of it. on those strips, we needed a talent on each one. we had to put what the talent was, how it would help the leadership program, and how we found that certain talent we put on our strip. on my three strips, (which were blue, pink, and purple) i had the talents of creativity, singing, and organization. I only got to share the first two talents because we had to put the third talent in our talent strip presentation. i said that sining is a big talent of mine. Sining could help this program because singing involves using the diaphragm which is something you use to sing louder. With that, you could apply using your diaphragm to talking, so that when you talk while using your diaphragm, you would be able to talk in front of large crowds, so that they'll be able to hear you even though they're very far away from you. i found this talent when i was small, but i was tone deaf and i was very shy and quiet, and because of that my mom and aunty taught me how to sing and use my diaphragm. the second talent i shared is the talent of creativity. i said that creativity is needed in this program because without creativity, all the things we make, such as flyers, posters, intro, etc. would be boring and unattractive. so without creativity, the leadership program would be boring and uncreative with everything we make. no one likes seeing uncreative flyers everywhere because they wouldn't want to read it, but with creative posters and flyers, they'd want to read it because it's so creative. i found my talent when i was in the second grade because my class would always make presentations, and my presentations were always the best and most creative presentations out of everyone.

       my highlight of these talent strips would be making the presentation. making presentations is always fun for me because i actually have something to do for once. making presentations is one of my talents. another highlight would be sharing my talent strips. even though i hate talking in front of classes, i still have fun once i get into it. i wanted to show everyone that i can be loud, i can be confident, and i did by sharing my ridiculously awesome talent strips. i also had a lot of fun hearing everyone else's talent strips. i've always wanted to know what everyone else specializes in. it's always fun to know what kinds of things other people specialize in because that tells me more about them. like if you're good at focusing, that tells me that you must be really good at not wanting to eat as much food as you want when you have a lot of homework due the next day. seeing people that are creative are my kind of people. lol, and seeing people that are organized shows me that they must be very organized, you know like their cubbies, binders, life, etc. lol, and the lowlight would be having to make a video of us doing the third talent we made. i was like, "so many videos!!!" i got a little irritated because i thought that the video had to be at least three minutes long, and then when i see everyone else's videos, it's like a minute long, i got so irritated because i took so much time working on a video and trying to make it at least three minutes. i honestly thought that he said the video should be at least two minutes and fifty seconds long, but lol nvm…

       there aren't many changes i would want to make in this assignment, but if i did want to make changes, i would make changes to how long my video would be. i would want my video to be at least a little shorter than it is now because i never knew that it could be at least a little shorter. i have like 5 examples of being organized. i had a hard time thinking of five because before i found out that my video wasn't at least three minutes, i couldn't think of anything else. i had a really hard time thinking of examples of how to be organized. i had such a hard time thinking of examples that i had to ask everyone in the house examples of being organized. another thing i would change is using a camera to record myself being organized. using a camera to record myself being organized because i didn't know how to make the video go onto my phone so that i could edit it. and getting it onto the computer was a hassle, so next time, i'll remember to use something to record myself that i know how to make it go onto the computer.

       lesson learned, always use something that you know how to use on other devices if you want it to go onto something else. lol it makes no sense, but i kinda mean, if you want to record yourself doing something, make sure you know how to make your video go onto your phone or a computer. it's always easier to use a phone because i mean, everyone knows how to make a video from your phone go onto a computer. i just learned that because i used a camera (not on my phone) to record myself because i didn't want to use my phone, and because i used my mom's camera, i had to call my aunty all the way in Wahiawa just to help me put the video from the camera onto my phone so that i could edit it.  she was the only one in my family that new how to do that because her husband's a master in electronics.

Aigght week

          ayye guys, so this week was actually really fun. idk what happened on monday, but i know it was odd periods. lol, and we were in charge of id's this week. lol, i don't ever remember anything, but i do remember what happened on wednesday. petriese told us to bring in $2 each because she was bringing in a gingerbread house kit. i was like, "yaaas!!! i haven't made a gingerbread house in years!" it took us like almost the whole period just to set it up because we suck at making gingerbread houses lololol. but i also remember that before we got to make the gingerbread house, we had to set up the microphones for the talent show. i was really happy with the first and last performances. those girls were good!!! i loved them!! lol they sing waaaay better than me. ok so anyways, back to the gingerbread house, we put a lot of work into it. i think. we ate the gingerbread man doe. petriese was having a hard time with it, so she decided to just eat it... 😂😂 ok so thursday wasn't much, just worked on my presentation for the talent strips. then friday was the bowling field trip. i didn't want to go because i wanted to go to the solar farm field trip for stem. when we were leaving to go to the solar farm, i saw julia them, i like looked out the window, stuck my tounge out, and had the piece sign. lol i was like, "ayyyye guys!!!!" then everyone on the bus was like, "where are they going???" i was like, "oh they're going bowling." an they're like, "what!?!?!?!?! you gave up bowling for this????" i was, "yah, i suck at bowling anyways.." i really wanted to go bowling doe... but its ok. i had fun with all my stem friends.

          ok so highlight of my week would be friday. i had so much fun on my field trip. it was better when we got to eat lunch because i couldn't learn anything about the solar farm in the heat. i was hardly listening because it was so hot an there were so many mosquitoes eating me alive. i was like slapping my arms and everything the hole time we were there.   it was funny though, when we got to eat. we went to geiger park. it was sooo fun. especially because i had so much food. i was like stealing food from everyone else 😂😂😂😂 lolol. they didn't even notice. and then we saw these guys working out on the bench things, and when they left, some of my friends went to where they were working out and they started doing wht the other guys did 😂 i was laughing my butt off!! it was fricken funny. and idk, a lot of my friends in stem are stupid funny, yet super smart. too bad taven missed out. we had a lot of fun. especially because my friend, eric, was making it a funny field trip. when we got onto the bus to leave geiger park, he hit someone one the face with funions on accident, and all his chips went flying on the floor. and he's all like, "guys help me clean this up!!" some of the chips fell on me, so i'm like, "ooh free chips." lol, i tried helping him clean it up, but that didn't work out well because i kept on squishing the chips into tinier pieces so that it spread even more. he got so mad at me. lol. and i met my singing buddy too!! my friend aaliyah, the one that gave me the gold bow to wear on my head. she was singing, and i'm like, "daang, dude i love your voice!!" and she's like, "i heard you sing before, you're good!" and then yah. she asked me a bunch of songs that i know, and like bruh, our oices together make the power of peace between each world bruh. i swear. lol ok so the lowlight of my week would be thursday. i had such a hard time trying to put the video of my talent onto the windows computer from my mom's canon camera. it was difficult, i kept on raging because it was killing me. so my auintie had to help me. she got home late so she saw me raging. she was like, "naya! wth, don't be hitting your computer." i didn't see her there.. woops. lol

         lesson learned, sometimes you have to choose and with your choice you give a scarafice. sometimes, making choices is one of the hardest things to do. i had to choose between bowling, and a solar farm. the only reason i chose the solar farm was because it was a one in a lifetime chance for me to go to the solar farm. it was free too! i couldn't miss a chance on a free field trip. and besides, i could always go bowling some other time. sure bowling is way better than a solar farm, but i wanted to experience something new. experiencing something new is something i don't usually do. i don't like experiencing new things because i feel like people are gonna judge me for it. but hey, it's always fun to experience something new. and sure i missed out on a lot of fun with bowling with the girls, but that solar farm trip was the best field trip i've ever had. it was actually way more fun than i thought it would be. i gave a sacrafice, but with that  sacrafice came a hard choice. i never knew tht with everything you choose, there's always a sacrafice that goes with it. and its always fun to experience something new even when people are going to judge you because it's your choice. not theirs.

Saturday's are my favorite days out of the week...

           aiiighhht, hi guyssss, so this week, i hardly remembered anything!! yay! only that i haven't seen siofu in a while, and i got closer to taven :) yay new friends. ok, so this week we had tv. i don't really remember what happened, but monday was my day for the intro, i was happy with my intro, i looove my intros. they're all like colorful and have these special effects. lol idk, and i think i started helping hope in the library on monday. i just wanted to put some books away because i like being in the library. i'm starting to turn into my older brother ommggg... so yah, then tuesday, idk what happened... exept that we had to use my playlist because we thought that petriese was tuesday's playlist, but joylyn was lol.. and you know what? i should start like starting my bolg on monday and putting what i did that day, and so on because i suck at remember stuff i did this week.. wednesday was a short day thank god. then thursday, we decorated the tree, well not like decorated it, but we put the lights on the tree. we had to make sure the line for the lights weren't showing, and that the lights like went up and down and not like just a straight line. i also took my test for ar. just .7 more points!! yaaay. lol. ok so uuh friday was actually a better day than i thought it would be. friday was fun, i was happy we had period 4 first, we had to make a poster on order of operations. well at least my group had to. my group was fun because  hope. she laughs too much.

         the lowlight of my week would be tuesday. i wasn't too happy that night. i had to finish my science homework when i had extra math homework i had to finish. i was sooo stressed because i was starving myself until 9 just so that i could try to finish my math homework and my science project that i had to finish just so that i could get an a on it because right now, i have a c, and i am like not happy at all. i hated that day. at least i had fun on thursday. on thursday, i went to pearls. but at first i was gonna go to hope's house, but my mom said to come home and watch my little brother but then like 10 minutes later she says that he could watch himself while i go to pearls with her. but i got my secret santa's present that day, i'm sure my secret santa would be happy to have it. i just like had to like quadruple check their blog just in case they changed it so i could get what they wanted. lol. i don't wanna dissapoint my secret santa. i was just unhappy that i couldn't go hope's house -.-

         lesson learned this week don't trist rumors. sometimes, rumors aren't always true, so idk why people always believe i them. sure some of them are true, but most of them are fake or half true and half fake. people shouldn't believe some rumors because it only hurts others, like wth, its just a rumor so its probably not true. who cares though, just confront them and if they say they didn't do it, they didn't so like who cares. rumors can be fake, don't get mad about it, just ask the person the rumor is about and if they say they didn't, they didn't and you should believe them. unless you know that they are lying. and another lesson, just because someone said they did something doesn't mean they did. sometimes it means they're lying just so that they don't have to do it bcause they were too lazy to do it last time and this time. most times it's better to do things yourself than to just have someone else do it, because they might not do it.
