Spirit week

       Hi guys, so this week was actually really stressful, and very confusing, but it was actually like really fun. So this week, we had TV, and I don't think we had school on Monday. Lol I don't remember, but I do remember going on my science filed trip, I thought I was gonna get muddy, but I just got like a little bit of spots on my shoe dirty. But the buses came really late to pick up from school, so we were an hour late for the field trip, but I had fun. there was just this one worker at the Nature Center that fricken annoyed the crap outta me. He was so irritating and rude. I'll talk about that later, so anyways, Wednesday wasn't really much, and Thursday Hope was absent, so I didn't have anyone to walk with to school, so I was lonely, lol, but we had to show everyone who was watching Ilima TV, examples of what to wear for spirit week. Monday is sports, so I just put on a jersey (which was really hard to get because my cousin was yelling at me and saying how its expensive and that I cant put it on TV because I might lose it or something throughout the day) and brought a Chicago Bulls hat. Then, Lori was neon, and she brought a shirt and wore her neon lanyard to put on, she brought her neon backpack, but she forgot to show it on TV. And then I think Wednesday  is the day where all the 8th graders had testing unless it was Thursday, but I remember doing the orientation dance for everyone during homeroom, omg I was totally out of sync with everyone else because I haven't practiced that dance with them in a while.. And then Friday lol I was on TV with Chad, and he was dressed up for military day. It was funny because he used Taven's camouflage jacket and when Chad put the jacket on, he was all like, "Ewwww, Taven..." it was so funny. and then I was dressed for Hawaiian day, I had my flower crown on and everything. I forgot to mention that we're getting ready for spirit week. We had to count the wristbands, get ready for our jobs, and more. my job is canned goods, penny wars, chain link, and yah. Lol, I'm in charge of that for team 8-2.

       Highlight of my week would be going on TV with Chad because he's so funny, but he's mean to me lol. he's actually really funny though, like I didn't think id be friends with him, but like, once I saw him in the group, we started talking more, and I'm actually really comfortable with having a guy in our group. I thought it'd be awkward to have Chad in our group, but he's cool. And then this whole week, was actually way better than I thought it would be. I had a lot of fun this week. I actually started socializing outside lol, its weird I know, but like I usually like staying cooped up in A101, but I only stayed in A101 like twice this week, yay, new record..... Anyways, lowlight of my week, Tuesday. The day 7-1 had their field trip. OMG, one of the workers were so rude. So like, for one of the activities, we had to fish, and like I was taking my time, catching a bunch of shrimp, and he comes by me, and he's all like, "COME ON. HURRY UP! I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU'RE TAKING SO LOG JUST TO FISH FOR SHRIMP, YOU'RE WHOLE GROUP IS WAITING FOR YOU TO FINSIH TAKING YOUR PRECIOUS TIME, LETS GO!!!!" And then I look around and my group is still fishing, I'm thinking, "Bruh, I think you need new glasses." And then there was this one time where we had to get our lunches in one of the rooms where a group of students were learning, and I was watching it cuz the stuff the guy was teaching was actually pretty interesting, and then like, next thing I know, there's a guy behind me, tapping on my shoulder, and snapping his finger in my face telling me to leave me alone. And guess what, that was the guy that yelled at me for taking my time while fishing. I was like, "Please stop snapping your fingers in my face, I'm not a little kid." And he gave me that look like, "What did you just say to me?" That worker should seriously be fired.

       Lesson learned, there is a lot of pressure you're going to go through, but stand up, keep your head high, and you'll be fine. That kind of stuff is going to happen, a lot of pressure for you to do something, but even if you are not prepared, go in there and show them you are, if you are strong, and they know you weren't prepared, but yet you still go in there, you are surely to be one of the most awesome people in the world. Congrats, you did it!! :) Lol, and I also learned that you can't have a small green paper control your life. it's a piece of paper, sure it's important, but don't let it control you. It'll ruin your whole life, and sure it might seem like rich people are happy, but inside they're not. All you need is the people you love around you.... and food.
